How do I connect my physical card?
Create and confirm your account, set up your business and location, then save its Google review link. Taply connects your hardware to that location. Your permanent NFC and QR links appear in your dashboard once assigned.
Can I change where a card sends customers?
Yes. Update the location’s Google review destination in management. The permanent Taply card link stays the same, so you do not need to rewrite the tag or print a new QR code.
Does Taply post Google reviews for customers?
Customers control what they share. Optional writing help produces editable text from their own experience. They copy it, open Google, then paste and post themselves. Google review text is not filled in automatically.
What happens when I cancel Pro?
A scheduled cancellation keeps Pro until the confirmed period end. After Pro ends, your permanent links, basic counts and normal assigned-card controls remain available on Free.
